The last time Sony did anything worthwhile was April 19, 2017. Really since then they've been like a deer caught in the headlights. This was nailed home on Oct 3, 2019 and continues to this day. There was a slight glimmer of hope on Jan 16, 2019 but ultimately that fell flat.
I sure hope the R5 has woke them up. If the Z9 rumour is even close to true they are going to get hit hard from two sides now.
Maybe in your little world of birding...but if you open your eyes and mind you'll see Sony marching on very nicely with timely releases of great gear including class leading glass.
Why would I care what Sony did for landscape photographers or portrait photographers? Of course my opinion is based on my use case. If I need to spell that out with every post for you then I guess I'll keep that disclaimer on my clipboard ready for a Ctrl+P with every post.
Your opinions are next to useless to my type of photography but I don't complain about every post you make just because it doesn't fit whit what I shoot.
