Like I mentioned before, it does have three dials, the third being the exposure compensation dial which probably can be programmed to do shutter speed or aperture in the manual mode while the back dial can be set to ISO and the upper back dial is used for aperture/shutter speed.. We have to wait and see. If it can't be programmed, I would be disappointed too. Otherwise, it meets my requirements.
