There is a big difference between dumb lenses with no camera to lense communication. Manual focus lenses that exchange some information, and fully functional AF lenses. Canon's closed mount policy makes the last category a difficult job for third party manufacturers. Consequently there is a paucity of these lenses in comparison to Sony's open mount third party lenses.
