That is the ad-hominem. You are claiming that I am "incapable of", "clearly don't know" etc. which are not only ad-hominem (that is, they are targeted at me as a person) but they are also clearly wrong.
If you don't want to engage in ad-hominem, don't throw out personal insults in a discussion. That means, don't attribute malice, stupidity, ignorance, etc. to the person you are debating with. Which you have done and continue to do in this thread.
