I am not the type of person who goes onto photo forums and complains, 98% of my post are helpful or contribute in a positive manor. But Cardinal Camera was something else. Maybe this doesn't match your experience, but it was mine.
~Cardinal lied twice about when the item, supposedly "in stock or be here in a couple of days" would ship, when it was not in stock.
~When I cancelled the order 2-1/2 weeks after being told it would ship the first time, the owner Kurt Seelig, called me up, and told me my order didn't matter as he had 15 others.
~Cardinal refused to issue a refund to my PayPal account in a timely manor and never bothered to respond to PayPal about the credit. It took an additional 2 weeks to get a refund.
This IS very poor customer service and people made to be aware of it. I have used GT 3 times and the 2 other sellers were great, no issues, they shipped when they said they would and notified me about the shipment.
