See, mistakes happen. That isn't the problem. The problem comes when the store doesn't do right by the customer.
My experience earlier this year with Cardinal was really bad. They took an order for something they did not have in stock, saying it would ship in 3 days, which it did not. They then said new confirmed still was coming and it would ship in 6 days, which it did not. They kept saying it was coming..... 2 weeks later when they could not provide a shipping date I cancelled the order, and the owner called me so say my order didn't matter as he had 15 others for the same item!!! (Which they did not have in stock). They never issued a refund to my PayPal account and after a week and a couple of emails with no response I finally had Paypal get involved. After another week, Paypal in their email to me said " after numerous attempts to contact the seller with no response on Cardinals part, we are issuing you a 100% refund". So look at it this way, Cardinal had my $1,500 for 5 weeks free without having to pay any interest or deliver a product. And they were pulling the same BS with possibly 15 others.
It is definitely buyer beware with Cardinal! They are now blacklisted on my GT account.
