Rafael - I have bought a few things here and have not had any issues. I go by the Feedback ratings and always use regular PayPal. If the posted item states "net to me" I immediately move on. Not that it is higher risk, but goes against Fred's recommendations.
If someone has a low number of Feedback reviews, see if they have eBay ratings.
