On a positive note, the bird tracking looks phenomenal!!
Geoff, I had a look at the 10:45 mark and that's not blackout, I figured out how to solve that problem when I was shooting RW blackbirds with my 1dx III in live-view... My biggest concern is how does it perform with EF lenses and distortion with electronic shutter. EF lenses are at the top of my list, should be for every wildlife / sports photographer. Image review is on, think default is 2 sec's... turn off in first menu tab under # 3. You probably have to do that with Sony or the last photo in the burst stays in your EVF... You can leave image review on but you would have to keep the back-button pushed down when you let go the shutter button to continue to track your subject in real time but if you release both buttons the image will review on the screen for set amount of secs. I don't have the R5 or R6 but I'm almost positive that's the problem.... Those Canon testers need some training.... "joking"
