This lens exceeded my expectations.It is reasonably sharp and contrasty across the zoom range,even wide open at 300-400mm,f6.3 at tele end is not too slow,OS works fine and AF is fast.The lens isn't overly heavy and close up facility Is just about right.No problems with centering observed.
