I used Helicon Focus version 7.6.3 and the Helicon Focus - Plugin COHeliconFocusPlugin-3.coplugin for Capture One in macOS Catalina version 10.15.5.
I also used Back Button Focussing of the Fuji GFX 50S to set the points A and B required for Auto FOCUS BKT and ES with 0 s delay between shots.
