So the lens exchange worked, the F non-ai Gauss 105mm 2.5 came in, I would never buy non-ai lenses in the past, but the Z changed that.

It is mint, almost like new, glass is perfect! no dust, will do some photos of the 105mm this weekend.

Tested it for sharpness and OOF rendition, it is almost identical to the 105mm 2.5 ais, better that the Sonnar but not by much.
