So here is the bee I mention above who was soon so deep in the center of this flower that he became invisible... a deep dive in his search for pollen. Shot with the 135 f/3.5 Q AI manual mode at f/4, 1/250th of a second with the PK-13 extension tube mounted. I'd been shooting at f/8 but was unaware the presence of the tube left my finders resting on the aperture ring and I gradually opened the aperture. It all worked so I have no complaints.
