I'd love a ultra wide to replace my 12-24, but I don't think this is it. I'd ideally want to be around 16mm. Looks nice enough though and priced a good deal lower than the GM--of course it's slower. Speaking of GMs, I guess the GM goodies (aperture ring, and fn button) are no loner going to be reserved for that line.

Honestly what this shows is how much Sony has neglected its wide and ultrawide range in its own lenses. We should have 16, 18, 20, 24, 28. I call 2 of 5 lagging.
