Yes, it fixed much of my problems. I still have the same 200 600 action type issues of everyone else, but the Cardinal pics above were with my 400 DO II, one alone and one with the 1.4X. I even shot it with the 2X handheld and they were pin charp. Prior to the repair it was horrible on it alone, even without the extenders. Now, I can shoot handheld as those above all were. Thanks to IBIS I guess. I can even shoot it successfully handheld at 800 mm which I cannot do with my 5DIV so that is a major plus for me. I probably won't use it a lot with the 1.4 but it will give me 800 mm with the 2X with the high mp for my eagle nest shooting. And I'm also grateful to have it work well enough to get to shoot at f4 when needed.
