Yeah well I feel you. Asked myself those same questions. Now I'm sitting on a lot of gear trying to figure it out. Sometimes that's the best way. I disagree with the others, I believe they are kind of a rangefinder experience in their own way. Without boring you with too many details, I'm probably gonna shoot MF with the XP2 and a few of my M mount lenses and the 23/2 Fujinon autofocus lens for when I want to use AF.
The struggle is real. This is my desk right now. Literally.
