Lightroom for me, if only for the simple face it comes included with Photographer's Subscription package from Adobe.
I thought about C1's perpetual license, but it doesn't include future upgrades, so I really would not be saving that much, and it would be more of a hassle.
Edit: I also like Lightroom's photo management.
