I have a fast 50 that shows pronounced FC on my M. It's basically impossible to get the edges in focus. But it is not a lens one would use for edge sharpness to begin with so the FC is mostly a curiosity item.

I get the same edge results with it on my Z7 with an adapter that is the correct registration distance. The results are better on the Z with a short adapter however (see some recent samples in the Alt forum Z thread). So, yes, I can see where a fast 75 might exhibit some FC. Maybe depending on the body.

I'd want to try the new VM 75 on a number of bodies though,just to eliminate possible outlier results... With the 50 mentioned, it's the first time I've experienced this extreme with an M lens, plus an added magenta color shift on the edges. ...But no color shift on the Z (!). Haven't tried it on the a7ii yet.

I'm tempted by this 75, but I'd like to see more samples first. It looks like it could complement some of the other recent VMs.
