Do not underestimate your photography Jacques. I will comment first...I agree with those who mentioned the right eye in #1. I instantly was drawn to this versus the entire frame. Now as I say to many posters, as a viewer, not knowing if this was intentional or not and your purpose for doing so, I will gladly retract my constructive comment if you clarify...No need to just saying.
I find #2 well done and the jersey doesn't appear OE to me. But again..that is just me. Bieing an African American, the brighter jersey, brings out his facial features more and accents them. It accentuates a friendship that appears to be disappearing in todays world. At least in the US.
