Maybe a strange first post from Thunder Over Michigan. I was very surprised to this this airplane sitting at the end of the ramp. A Navy WV-2 (Navy version of Air Force EC-121). Not in good shape, but is (more or less) in one piece, can be wheeled outside and across the field for display. Very much a work in progress, a couple of the Yankee Air Museum volunteers had considerable time in this model, and one even spent two years flying in this very bird.
