George I see you live within my 700mile range for long one-day trips. Just may make a trip to your area. We usually avoid the Raleigh area, preferring the Outer Banks or the Mountains around the Blue Ridge.
We here starts are trip to Seattle for meeting up with family for the Alaskan Cruise, These are some interesting shots in Iowa and Montana.
The first is an area affected by the mid=west floods. Stuck in a traffic lane waiting for the flagman to let us pass. A little further up the road a railroad supply of ties used to shore up or replace flooded track Then Montana!
