There is an account on Twitter that's shared quite a few photos taken on an a9 with the Voigtlander 50mm F2 APO-Lanthar. The account is in Japanese, but most of it seems to translate well enough.
APO-LANTHAR 50mm F2 E-mount
The blur starts gently from where the lens is focused. It has a three-dimensional effect, and I have been working with it since the Leica APO-Summicron 50mm F2. There seems to be a lot of reservations. I didn't get it at first. It wasn't when testing!
