The problem with electronic shutter isn't the delay, but the time it takes to read the sensor (edit: line after line, during exposure). On the Fuji GFX it takes a whopping 0.3 second. That's enough to get bent lines in every single image if you try to handhold it. I don't know if the Hassy is any better, but probably about the same.
I know that effect for sure, my mind is still stay with our 35mm system. Z is pretty slow at about 1/30? but it was fully usable for many stuff include portraits. 1/3 S will be a problem for sure. I can't reliable to use that for anything but tripod. Obviously, FUJI has no such a problem with Mech-shutter
