@kimballistic, I am not big fan of the z lens for now. I got the 24 70 with the camera not I am not warming to it. The only time I use it is when I need AF video. The s primes are sharp but a bit clinical and cold IMO so not a fan of them. Ibis, focus peaking, face tracking(soon eyes tracking) are some of the reason why the fast prime will be better combos with Z, but I certainly get your concerns.
