Very impressed by the Sony service in Norway. For a couple of years my A7II has occasionally shown the dreaded "Camera Error. Turn power off then on." message. Then one day it happened just when I was taking a photo and the camera completely locked up with the shutter closed. The camera is more than three years old, but customer laws are generous in Norway so I sent it in. Ten days later I got it back and they had not only replaced the shutter and IBIS (which apparently was what caused the problem), but also the LCD screen, eye cup and thoroughly cleaned it, so now it looks like new and it didn't cost me anything!
In November I found an old Chevy by the bog not far from our house and I revisited it last week on a day with a heavy snowfall.
A7II and C/Y Planar 50mm/1.7.
