After four copies, I would think that you're faced with one of two actions. Either, you send your final copy to Sony/Precision with your complaints, or you recognize that this is a normal occurrence and your criteria for for silence exceeds the ability of the lens to provide that silence. Four copies is alot to ask of a vendor.
