Re: Manual Focus Nikon Glass

I promise to end the banal pictures with the Z6, ask me questions if you want about taking MF pics with the Z6, I am done with my comments with this final one:

The Z6 works great with MF lenses, no focusing indicator, no aperture detector, but focus peaking works so well, and viewfinder magnification is so accurate and quick that the shortcomings don't matter. Still like my DSLRs, they are not going anywhere, but when using a particularly hard lens to MF or a non-ai lens or a M39 lens the Z6 is coming out. For my amateur photography the 24mp is a sweet spot.

I know nothing about the Z6 AF or video, nor do I care.

Wireless transfer works now, with an update to the wireless utility, it is slow to transfer but easy to work, just leave the camera unattended to transfer all photos, or connect a cable for fast transfer if you have hundreds to move.

I leave with two test photos from a Frankenstein 5.8cm I assembled from three damaged lenses three years ago, was not able to test until the Z6 arrived. I found out the lens works well but does not focus to infinity, an easy adjustment.
