Trolling the archives -- I remember this one very clearly. Even though this was shot at 750mm, he was WAAAAY left of the CL and we were getting a bit nervous. The focal length & my uneasiness account for the lack of sharpness My buddy & I looked at each other and wondered, "Uhh, where is he planning to put that thing?"
Then he lowered his gear and drifted further off CL, and we wondered, "Where the **** IS he planning to put that thing?" Well, neither we nor anyone else died. Buy. I'd like to think someone from the field (or the FAA) had a chat.
