I don't know how you are calculating 6,2 million, but there is no viewfinder with this kind of resolution.
1920x1080x3 = 6.2M. 1 pixel is comprised of 3 dots. The 3.69M dot EVF in the A7RIII, for example, has a total of 1.223M pixels at 1280x960 (approx).
I don't know if this is correct, but it could make sense.
1980x1020 is for me 2K in cinemas and projectors, thats why I was thinking the same for this OLED-EVF; I'm confused now, because the OLED EVF is still a Display device.
Is your calculation the same for the LCD?
Either way, 6,2 million dots, this may explain the 800g weight
