This will be very convenient then. I will just screw my Black Rapid sling into the bottom of this foot. And if I *do* want to work off a tripod, this Arca Swiss will pop onto my gimbal head (Jobu Jr. 3).
Wish the foot was longer to act as carrying handle and for adjusting balance on gimbal, But this is a good start.
