only other thing I would add, is until more recently, sony did not have a great action camera, so not many BIF/wildlife photographers, or sports shooters. that has certainly changed with a9 and the III series. as scuh, Except that those bodies also work ok with some adapted canon lenses. Thats why I think there are fever posts with the sony 100-400
