Took a few more steps than I thought to get a non-halo version, but here is what I did:
(1) Subject Select, then refine with lasso to get more precise
(2) Copy and paste subject
(3) Hide copied layer
(4) Delete (using content aware).
(5) Gaussian Blur (used 25%)
(6) Reveal hidden layer
*** I also removed the railing shadow as well to give it a cleaner look
