FE 100-400mm F4.5-5.6 GM OSS .
Much to my surprise, the FE 100-400 was my preferred lens for Tuscany over the 24-70 which was just a little short. The most useful single focal length for me would be 100mm. My wife shot with the 24-105 and had a much lighter setup and she also used the 100-104mm setting a lot. If I could have had only one lens, I would make sure it covered the 100mm sweet spot.
