Costa Rica Round 5, some new species and some old (image heavy)


Hi All,
thanks for helping me along by providing the encouragement, suggestions, viewing and commenting so patiently for the last few months. As I post more pics, I find that I have fewer pictures that I really like to present as I start thinking about the light, sharpness, IQ, BGs, perches, so on and so forth. CR for me was an eye opener and in my photographic journey I have started second guessing myself a lot, more so in post processing, than in the field, which is not how it should be. Hopefully I will reverse that order in future. Almost all the species in CR were new and lifers for me, so it is difficult for me to judge what is common and what is not. However based on the excitement and the discussions between our group leader and the guides, I believe that some the ones I will be presenting may be not so common. Who am I to argue?
I am posting all the new species for the members who are going there shortly
Once again if I have wrong IDs for any of these, please feel free to correct me.
A big thanks to Supreet for taking me to CR and all the help before during and after
As in the prior posts, 39, 40 and 41 pictures did not work. Let's try middle ground and leave it at 40 D
