Reagan, at least some of my shots in London I managed to stabilize by putting the camera on some or other solid surface.
Colin, superb pano of the London nightscape. Haven't tried merging mine yet, that was at the Tate and very much handheld.
Let's hope John's 600 5.6 ends up staying in-house.

It's not my 600/5.6 - mine is not going anywhere anytime soon - it's too good.
I want a 800/5.6 ED-IF AIS, but I just can't justify it at the moment - Perhaps this summer.
