Agreed. Inexperienced people should not start out on a $6000 pro body if they don't know what they are getting into.

However, to address your point on inexperienced people: people are fully entitled to purchase a camera of this calibre, even if its their first. The fact is, Canon shouldn't release a shoddy product. There wouldn't be these problems that experts or novices have to worry about if their flagship behaved like all their other models -- i.e., not throwing crap all over the sensor.
