I just tested continuous mode and the results were the same: full 14-bit for uncompressed RAW, ~13-bit (basically as many bits as compression allows) for compressed RAW.
This surprised me slightly as I'm sure Sony said that continuous shooting was only 12-bit for compressed RAW.
To double check my methods were accurate I tested bulb mode (using EFCS as you can't shoot bulb with ES), uncompressed RAW. It came out at 12-bit as expected.
So aside from the rolling shutter implications, and a few restrictions (can't use bulb, can't use anti-flickr, can't use bracketing) it seems the ES is much more usable compared to the A7RII, which is good because I use it a lot for certain things.
edit: Actually I made a mistake you can use bracketing with ES, it's uncompressed RAW that can't be used with bracketing
