Ah but if you increase well depth and increase efficiency of the sensor then the lowest ISO could stay the same, whilst DR improves
However, I doubt that is the case here. They've probably just cleaned up the shadows a bit at ISO 100, increasing DR. I am also expecting less than a stop improvement over the A7R II if this is the case.
