Lofoten. This was only the second time I'd seen the Aurora (first was a couple of days earlier in Reine) and I was (still am) in total awe. This night was insane with the Aurora stretching 180 degrees, horizon to horizon, at times and in three colours. Amazingly the intensity was incredible, and to our great surprise, considering this was taken on 4th September.
Sorry but my logo is right there in the middle - hope it's not too distracting ! And no the Aurora doesn't produce flying dragons
