Here's a heavily overcast shot of the lumber baron's brother's mansion next door, finished a few years after the Hoquiam Castle. Sorry -- no interior shots (yet!). Taken from the observations veranda of the Castle's large turret 3rd floor. Heavily adjusted and cropped in LR to get "correct" perspective.



Thank you, Jim! I am enjoying your images from Washington, keep'm coming! It looks you like that area; for sure, the pace there is slower than down here in SoCal.

Another portrait using the Sigma 135mm f/1.8 lens at wide open. Yes, the lens is an f/1.8 and not f/1.7 as displayed on the exif info; iIt is a Metabones' glitch .
