Yes, the goal here is to make the CV 28/2 Ultron + PCX lens work just as good on the Sony body as it does on the Leica. (which is the camera it was designed for)
As I said in my response to Guy above, I don't think this kind of filters are needed at all with this lens when mounted on a Sony camera - at least telling from performance on my A7R.
