If you add a 1/4 wave plate filter to the viewport of your EVF you will change the polarization to circular so you will be able to use your sunglasses. This same 1/4 wave plate filter is the camera side component to a circular polarizing filter, I'd try Edmonds Scientific as a source.

Jay, Thanks! I got an Edmund optics catalog in the mail just a couple weeks ago. Will be looking tonight.

Edit... Upon further review (prices), another pair of prescription sunglasses would be better
