Wow, it appears that Photobucket has suddenly (as of June 20th) changed the rules and is now demanding $399.00 from all users in order to have the ability to link photos ("3rd party hosting" as they call it) with a "Plus500" plan. Even the other less expensive plans won't allow 3rd party hosting!

I've Googled this, and there's a huge uproar about it:
