I came across this gem in the absolute middle of nowhere in Central Oregon and there was no question that I'd be up all night to shoot it. This one took some doing and I used about 10-12 layered images for the light painting/lanterns/foreground so the camera couldn't move for a few hours. I then shot the milky way as soon as I was done with the lights and had to blend it all back together. Overall, damn fun night. Shot with Sony A7r and Loxia 21 (foreground) and stitched FE 35's for the stars. C&C is always welcomed. Enjoy!
