I might be forced to eat some humble pie.
Looks like this is Adobe forcing (even with NR at 0) as I'm not seeing it in Rawdigger.
But my lenscap-on tests with rawdigger show LENR on/off as having no effect and the details being smeared over 3.2s regardless...
