Re: Gameface media - heads up on getting paid

Does anyone else here find the timing of the letter extremely suspicious? It was released the very SAME DAY that Gameface lost in small claims court. It seems to be a weak attempt to buy more time from photographers and hope they don't sue AND WIN as well.

There are so many questions that the email does not answer.
Where did the $6.1 million invested in the last 19 months go?
They blame 120 day payment terms for the problem. Yet photographers aren't paid for 8 months? It doesn't add up.
Are investors really willing to chip in more cash to this severely damaged brand? Seems unlikely.
Where did the $2.1 million go since summer? Email says it was used for operations in late summer and fall. What, specifically, were these expenses? They claim it included paying photographers, yet I have heard of very few photographers who were actually paid.
Regarding the claims of only being paid minimum wage, then where to these numbers come from? https://www.paysa.com/salaries/gameface-media,-inc%E3%80%82 . That information seems to indicate the lowest paid person made $90K and the highest $220K. Which is true?

This line photographers are being fed has more holes than swiss cheese. Photographers, investors and race directors see right through it. These guys are in deep, deep trouble, and just trying to buy more time.
