I shoot mostly handheld when I go out with it, of course its so cold out right now I don't want to mess with setting up everything to much. I've been using mirror up to when handheld I just compose the shot then release the shutter the mirror goes up and then a second or two later press again to take the shot, I seldom get a blurry picture. I would think with the Z you can go higher with the ISO I only get up to 1600 but still pretty good.
I recently picked up some Priolite Strobe lights. This is first shot with one MBX 500 HS light at f4.5 1/3200 Shutter Speed ISO 200 inside with strobe about 75 precent power.
