Daughter & partner put us up in one of Shanghai's 5 star hotels, the Park Hyatt, for a couple of nights for Xmas & my birthday (26th). Unfortunately the clouds barely parted in that time (at over 90 floors up you are often in the clouds) ! Some lovely views of Lvijiazui (Shanghai's financial district and where most of the mega-towers reside) when the clouds ascended for a few moments though. This of the 'granddaddy' of all Shanghai's towers, the Pearl Oriental Tower.
