I finally got back to my a7R, after over a month way with my new 5DsR/16-35LIS combo.
Thanksgiving night movie (Dr. Strange) and dinner (Camacho\'s Mexican) at Universal Studios, Hollywood, followed by a brief walk-around there.
I am always jealous when I seen beautiful photos from Prague, Bruges, Paris, Rome, etc., but I forget how target-rich L.A. is -- everywhere you turn is something different and interesting.
My least used and appreciated lens for the Sony has got to be my Sony 28/2. I seldom even test it, having found it fine in all respects. The net result is that I have considered it boring. But it turns out to be the perfect walk-around for scenery and casual architecture shooting. The camera and lens are only slightly larger than a P&S, yet the images are BIG on quality.
These are all quick grab shots and not technically perfect, but they aren\'t intended as advertising shots, except for this cute little camera combo.
My one regret is that the lens doesn\'t have IS for my a7R. Guess I\'ll have to put a a7RII on my list!
