Thanks, some of us Fuji X shooters have been beaten up for shooting APS-C mirrorless over the years I do plan on renting a GFX and doing a photography centered trip at some point to check it out though. Shoot it and my X system side by side and get a feel for what it gives in terms of additional performance. As much as I love it I just can\'t justify the additional cost of owning one at this point, given my current uses/needs.
Honestly, who cares what people say. I hear people say Fuji isn\'t for pros, and never will be. But, I make my living off photography, it\'s the only job I have. I shoot Fuji, Sony and Pentax....(APS-C, Full frame and Medium Format). The fuji X-T2, outside of resolution, keep up nicely with all the others. I have a pentax 645Z and I love that thing, but I definitely want to see how the fuji handles and shoots because it\'s smaller and...well......fuji colors
Thanks, I agree! The Fuji colors are incredible aren\'t they I would definately get the GFX if it was my current profession and I was going to be using it for work. What a pair the Fuji X and GFX systems would be I still might get one down the road a bit but I\'m just not doing much of the type of photography I would want a system like that for and I have other priorities as well. I want the 100-400 + 2xTC, XT2, some lights and a good filter kit. I also need to beef up my computer systems; more storage, new monitor (5k Apple maybe?), repurpose a couple of my older Mac Pro\'s (networked compute + storage) and I\'ll likely upgrade to the newer macbook pro when it finally comes out. So I think doing all that gives me more benefit than a second camera system at this point in time. As it is my drives are overflowing right now and I\'m moving to all flash storage (SSD) so I\'ve got my hands full. I\'m really happy my Fuji X series too, the XP2 has surpassed all my expectations what a great camera I\'ll still be kicking the tires on the GFX though, maybe 2018/19 though... We\'ll see..
