A couple of shots from my recent trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. These were both taken along the Trail Ridge Road at about 12,000 feet above sea level. The Aspens were just starting to pop with bright yellows. This is the road which when not snowed in allows you to drive across the Rocky Mountains. Both shots taken with my A7r2 and the FE 70-300 mm G OSS lens. The sunset was simply amazing. It didn\'t look at first to be anything very exciting but I hung around for 10 -15 minutes after the sun actually set behind the mountains and the color started to really intensify minute by minute. Just one of the most intense sunsets that I\'ve ever experienced.
